Thoughtful organization systems

True organization goes far beyond appearances. It's not just about creating spaces that look tidy; it's about crafting systems that make your life easier and more efficient. Our approach to organization is grounded in thoughtful systems design.

An organized space is one that can be effortlessly maintained. That's why we ensure that the systems we create are user-friendly and integrate seamlessly into your daily life.

Habits and Systems (H+S) Approach

(We follow a simple yet powerful mantra)

Unlike traditional organizing that focuses solely on tackling physical clutter, we take a more holistic approach. We recognize that clutter often is rooted in habits that contribute to disorganization.

Our unique Habits and Systems (H+S) Approach is all about digging beneath the surface to uncover the underlying causes of clutter. We work closely with you to identify these issues, understanding that the key to lasting organization lies in addressing them.

With a collaborative approach, we establish new habits and systems that promote long-term organization. Our approach is about empowering you with the tools and knowledge to maintain order in your life well into the future.

By combining thoughtful systems design with our H+S Approach, we ensure that our organizing solutions are effective in the short term and transformative for you long-term.

Meet the Happy Space team

We’re not just about organizing; we're about transformation. Our founder, Nassim Secci, is not only a dedicated professional but also a mother who's experienced the mental load of managing a household.

Nassim Secci, the Happy Space Co founder

Once a high-powered corporate lawyer, I lived and breathed the fast-paced world of international legal affairs. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., I spent my life preparing for a prestigious career that challenged me.

However..…

Despite the excitement, I began to feel like a hamster on a wheel, especially after becoming a mother. My values shifted, and I realized it was time for a change. I took a leap of faith, leaving my career without a plan, and it was terrifying. Yet, the relief was immeasurable, and I knew it was the right move. I had been burning out without even realizing it.

On day one of my "retirement," I dove into decluttering and organizing my home - something I had always loved but never had time for. When I was working, I felt constantly overwhelmed, and my attempts at organization always felt rushed. Now, I had the time and mental space to do it properly, which helped lighten my mental load.

I didn't stop at my home. I organized every aspect of my life - from my phone and laptop to my finances, activities, and estate planning. This process was spiritually cleansing, and I emerged feeling lighter, clearer, and happier.

This journey led me to become a home organizer with a mission: to offer intentional women around the world their "Happy Space." Your home is an extension of you, and revitalizing it can transform your life. It creates the mental space to tackle other aspects of life, whether you want to meditate, spend time with family, or pursue new hobbies.

I'm here to help you become the person you've always wanted to be. Join me on this transformative journey today.

She specializes in developing educational programs for emergency warzones, designing programs to reintegrate child combatants and young people. The Conscious Childhood program Maryam developed, which is based upon participatory learning methods like Montessori, helps children deal with the world around them during periods of crisis and trauma.

As a mom of two, she is driven to help other families build an empowering space for children where they could be equal participants in their own home while respecting safety and boundaries. Her mission is to help every family create a home environment that reflects their values and enables children to become independent self-learners.

“Nurturing children who are resilient and peaceful begins with a home environment that gives them confidence, joy and independence: an uncluttered, easy to access space where they focus on their play and learning, care for themselves and their possessions, and ultimately gain a greater appreciation for their own home life as an oasis in the larger world around them.”
